📜 Faunae – Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store faunae.shop, operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in their current version at the time of purchase.
2. Products and Concept
Faunae sells sustainable apparel and accessories inspired by wildlife.
Each product is printed on demand by our partner TPOP (France) using eco-friendly materials and packaging.
This on-demand model helps reduce waste and minimize CO₂ emissions.
3. Formation of Contract
By clicking “Checkout” and completing payment, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items.
A contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other available methods at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees charged by their provider.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped directly from our print partner TPOP (France).
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown in our Shipping Policy.
Delays due to customs or local postal services are beyond our control.
Shipping is free for orders from €65 and above.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU and Swiss consumer protection law.
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details on how to request a return.
Donations made as part of your purchase (€5 per shirt) are non-refundable, as they are transferred to wildlife organizations after payment.
7. Donations and Transparency
For every shirt sold, Faunae donates €5 to selected wildlife protection projects.
Donation reports are published quarterly on our website.
Faunae reserves the right to adjust partner organizations or donation allocations as needed.
Customer purchases are not considered tax-deductible donations.
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, logos, illustrations, and website content are the property of Faunae and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
9. Liability
Faunae is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In case of defective items, please contact us at contact@faunae.shop within 7 days of delivery.
10. Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your personal information is handled securely and used only for order fulfillment and communication purposes.
11. Governing Law
Until company registration is completed, this shop is operated as a private business under Thai residence and Swiss citizenship.
Once Faunae OÜ is active, the contract and all related transactions will be governed by Estonian law, subject to EU consumer protection regulations.
