🔁 Faunae – Returns & Refund Policy

💬 General Policy

At Faunae, every product is made to order, which helps us reduce waste and protect the planet.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you still have the right to return or exchange your item under the conditions below.

🕒 Return Period

Customers in the EU and Switzerland may return items within 14 days after delivery.
To start a return, please email us at contact@faunae.shop with your order number and reason for return.

📦 Conditions for Return

Returned items must:

  • be unworn and unwashed,

  • include all original tags and packaging,

  • show no signs of damage or use.

Custom or limited-edition items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).

  • Donations (€5 per shirt) are non-refundable, as they are transferred to wildlife protection projects after purchase.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

🌍 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • For replacements or damaged items, Faunae covers the shipping cost.

  • Always use a tracked shipping method and keep your receipt until the return is confirmed.

🚫 Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Custom designs or embroidered pocket specials

🧾 Where to Send Returns

You will receive the return address via email after contacting us — it may vary depending on your order origin (EU or international fulfillment).
Please do not send items back to the TPOP printing facility directly without confirmation.

🌱 Sustainability Note

Because every shirt is printed specifically for you, returns generate additional CO₂ emissions.
We encourage our customers to double-check sizing and color before ordering to help minimize unnecessary returns and protect wildlife habitats together. 🌍💚
